Program Policies

Please read these policies carefully. By completing a purchase, you agree to all terms below — including automatic renewal of your training program every 4 weeks.

Program Schedule & Start Date

All programs start on May 11, 2026 — the beginning of the first 4-week training cycle.
Sessions run weekly: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:00 PM.
Each group meets once per week on its assigned day and time.
The schedule repeats every week within the 4-week cycle, then continues into the next cycle automatically.

Program Commitment

All programs are sold as 4-week training cycles.
Each program includes 1 session per week for 4 consecutive weeks.
Your spot is reserved for the same day and time each week.
The program ends after the 4th session and automatically renews unless canceled.

Attendance Policy

Players are expected to attend scheduled sessions.
Missed sessions are not rescheduled.
No make-up sessions are guaranteed.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued after purchase.

Auto-Renewal & Billing

All programs automatically renew every 4 weeks.
On the last day of the current cycle, a new 4-week cycle will be charged automatically using the same payment method.
This ensures the player's spot is reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel before the next billing cycle.
To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the billing date.
Once a new cycle begins, payment is non-refundable.
After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current cycle.

Weather Policy

Sessions will proceed unless weather conditions make play unsafe.
Sessions may be canceled or adjusted at the coach's discretion.
Weather-related cancellations are not refundable.
A make-up session or credit may be offered at the coach's discretion when possible.

Important Agreement

By completing a purchase, the client agrees to all program policies and auto-renewal terms.
